Many parents are sending their first born child to school in September and are having to start thinking about school uniform. School uniforms can be very expensive, especially if you have to buy logoed items such as sweatshirts and cardigans.
Younger children especially, will often get their uniform dirty quite quickly and the chances are you will have to change it every day. With this in mind you will probably need to buy at least three of four different outfits to allow you time to wash and dry then ready for the next time. You will also need to think about seasons as in the summer they may be able to wear shorts or summer dresses and sandals.
