With the temperature hotting up many parents are starting to stock up on summer outfits for their children. With kids often growing out of clothes before they have had much use of them it makes sense not to spend a fortune on outfits. Also younger children often still spill food or drinks down them or like to get a little mucky, which can stain clothing.
Try and think about ensuring your child is going to be cool and comfortable. because very young children do not sweat they often struggle to regulate their temperature and can quickly over heat. This can be very dangerous so it is important to keep their temperature down on warm days.
Although you want to keep them cool you may decide that you want to keep some of their skin covered to prevent burning from the suns harmful rays. If you are going to be doing this then try and find material that offers UV protection whilst also keeping them cool.
A sun hat or cap is a must along with sun cream which should be a minimum of factor 30 and ideally factor 50 for younger children.
