As your child goes to nursery and school they will most likely want to take part in different activities and join groups. This may include sports such as football teams, netball, tennis or swimming or possibly horse riding, dance classes and gymnastics.
It is great to encourage your child to get involved in these groups but for the parents or carers it can mean having to spend quite a bit of money especially if you have to buy a particular uniform or special equipment.
Dance classes often require pupils to buy a set dance uniform and then you may also be expected to buy different outfits for shows they participate in. You will also need to buy new uniform as they grow out of the old one.
Ideally have a look on local Facebook groups or Ebay etc to see if anyone is selling uniform that maybe their child has grown out of or speak to parents who attend with older children who may have outfits that they wish to sell or give away.
